The new animated content is currently available through its Toca Life World app and on YouTube. “Because right now we are focusing on getting users in mainly from app stores, we just want to broaden that entry point.” “We’re adding a storytelling component to the franchise because we think it’s really going to elevate the brand and open up the entry point,” says Heirbaut. Max Heirbaut explained that the series has been in the works since Toca Boca launched in 2010, but it took a while to complete because the team was aiming for a high quality show. The story is about four close friends with mismatched personalities-Rita, Zeke, Nari and Leon-on a quest to break away from the shackles of boredom in their neighborhood of OK Street. The remaining episodes will be airing every Saturday. ![]() The series will consist of 42 episodes and the very first episode has launched on YouTube. ![]()
